The notification for Goa Common Entrance Test GCET-2023 has been released by Directorate of Technical Education, Goa. The entrance exam shall be conducted in the month of May 2023.

GCET is conducted by DTE Goa for admission in BE and B.Pharm courses. The entrance test shall be held in various Centres, across Goa State, in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths, based on Std. XIIth syllabus of Goa Board, 
Additionally, it has also notified that admission in Medical & related courses shall be done through NEET-UG-2023. 

Admissions to B.E. & B.Pharm. courses in the State of Goa for the academic year 2023-24 shall be carried out on basis of GCET-2023, (Goa Common Entrance Test),which shall be conducted in May, 2023 at various Centres, across Goa State, in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths, based on Std. XIIth syllabus of Goa Board for the March 2023 Std. XIIth exam.
Students aspiring for admission only to B.Pharm course need not answer Mathematics subject at GCET-2023.

Admissions to B.Arch. course shall be on the basis of scores obtained at NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture), conducted by Council of Architecture, and qualifying exam (Std. XIIth /HSSC/Diploma.) For information regarding NATA, refer website of NATA and Council of Architecture.

Admissions to MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, Allied Health Sciences (Paramedical), B.Sc. in Nursing & B.V.Sc.&A.H. courses in the State of Goa in academic year 2023-24 are required to appear and qualify at NEET UG-2023(National Entrance cum Eligibility Test).
